Direct Payment Support Adviser
Salary: 24,915.80
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Type of contract: Permanent
Location: The role is office based in Worthing, West Sussex.
Reporting to: Support Service Team Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Independent Lives as an Direct Payment Support Adviser to help the team provide information, support and training to people who receive a Direct Payment for their health and social care needs.
The team provides both first instance and longer-term support, primarily over the telephone, email and online when required.
The successful candidate will be well organised, self-motivated with good communication skills.

Reporting to: Direct Payments Team
