About the role

• Male Support Worker
• 18 hours per week
• Woodhall Spa, Lincoln

We’re looking for a Male Support Worker to join our friendly team in Woodhall Spa, supporting two gentlemen with complex needs in their own home. You’ll help them live independently and enjoy the things they love, going for a drive, walking in nature, eating out, and planning their next holiday.

This is a part-time role on a two-week rolling rota, including one sleep-in per week and alternate weekends. Your day-to-day will include practical support like personal care, medication administration, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and accompanying the gentlemen to appointments and social interests. Most importantly, you’ll be there to encourage independence, celebrate achievements, and make every day feel positive.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as driving is a regular part of the support provided.
