Vacancy: Maintenance Operative (permanent)

Mount Stuart is looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team.

39 hours per week - Mon to Fri

£27,580 per annum

As a key member of the Maintenance team, the Maintenance Operative will be experienced in the day-to-day maintenance requirements of a residential portfolio ensuring quality and timely repairs.

Undertaking regular inspection and reactive tasks to ensure the Trust’s portfolio is maintained to the highest standard and complies with legislative and insurance compliance.
