Maintenance Operative
We are incredibly fortunate, as a charity, to benefit from an exceptional property and estates provision, supported by a dedicated team that underpins every part of our organisation — from Adult Services and Portfield School to 19–25 Futures and our Charity Hub team.
We’re now looking for a Maintenance Operative to play a key role in keeping our charity-owned properties and assets safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
A day in the life of a Maintenance Operative would include:
- Carrying out installations, renovations and planned maintenance across charity grounds
- Effectively respond to maintenance tickets in a professional and timely manner
- Providing updates on projects to internal stakeholders
- Working with a variety of power tools
