Salary
The pay band range for a Maintenance Officer is EVH Grade 7 (£42,707 – £46,895 per annum).
Holidays
Employees receive a generous annual leave package of 40 days, made up of 25 days’ annual leave plus 15 public and local holidays. For part-time positions, leave is calculated on a pro rata basis.
Work/Life Balance
PHA promotes a healthy work/life balance. Our standard working week is 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and employees also benefit from access to flexitime arrangements.
Pension scheme
PHA provides pensions through the Scottish Housing Association Pension Scheme (SHAPS). The Association pays an employer contribution of 10%, provided the employee makes a minimum contribution of 5%.
Payment of Professional Fees
The Association will reimburse one set of annual professional membership fees where the membership is directly relevant to the employee’s role and the work of PHA.
Prescribed Spectacles
The Association will contribute up to £120.88 towards the cost of prescribed spectacles required for screen use.
