LOROS Relief Shop Manager

Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
Full-time
13th July 2026
Listed today

Are you an energetic retail professional who thrives on variety, loves leading people and wants to make a genuine difference?

Join the LOROS Retail team and play a vital role in raising the funds that help provide compassionate hospice care for terminally ill patients and support for their families and carers across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll provide management cover across our network of 29 charity shops, stepping in wherever you're needed. No two days are the same. One day you could be leading a busy high street store, the next supporting a specialist shop or helping a team achieve ambitious sales targets.

As a Relief Shop Manager, you'll inspire and lead both paid colleagues and volunteers, maximise sales, drive stock generation and merchandising, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding shopping experience. You'll be confident making decisions, adapting quickly to changing priorities and managing your own diary to meet the needs of the business.

We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of people. Flexibility, resilience and a passion for retail are essential.

The successful candidate will need access to their own vehicle, as the role involves travelling to provide management cover across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. Mileage and business expenses will be reimbursed.
