Customer Services Team Leader – Warrington

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the student experience? We’re looking for a proactive and people‑focused Customer Services Team Leader to play a key role within Learning and Information Services (LIS) at the University of Chester.

In this dynamic role, you’ll have line management responsibilities and ensure excellent service delivery across all LIS touchpoints in Warrington. From supporting our 24/7 learning and IT spaces to coordinating staffing and day‑to‑day operations, you’ll help keep our facilities running smoothly seven days a week.

Working closely with the LIS Operational Lead (Student Experience), you’ll contribute to service improvements, gather user insights, and help shape welcoming, accessible and engaging library environments. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across multiple sites to support projects, enhance space usage, and champion student‑centred developments.
