We are looking for a proactive and motivated Link Worker to support people moving from temporary accommodation into stable, sustainable tenancies.

This is a practical, outcome-focused role where you will work intensively with individuals to help them understand and meet their tenancy responsibilities, reduce the risk of tenancy breakdown, and build the skills needed for independent living. Alongside housing support, you will address wider barriers such as benefits, health, employment and social inclusion, ensuring people can access the right support at the right time.

You will build strong, effective partnerships with local agencies and services, taking a hands-on and purposeful approach to supporting people who may struggle to engage with traditional services. This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, solution-focused and motivated by seeing people progress, achieve independence and sustain their accommodation.
