We’re looking for a Legal Projects Administrator to join our Legal Services Team, who will support the RNLI’s legal team with the delivery of key legal projects to enable the RNLI’s lifesaving activities, whilst protecting the RNLI’s interests and mitigating risk.
Your Role
The Legal Projects Administrator will provide general administrative and document management support to the legal services team. Reporting to the Senior Property Counsel the postholder will work collaboratively with other members of the legal team as well as colleagues across the organisation to assist with the successful delivery of specific legal projects, with a focus on property and estates management.
As a Legal Project Administrator you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
- Collate, scan, review, and handle property documentation including title deeds, leases, conveyances, transfers and other related legal documents.
- Collate and extract from existing systems and databases property related financial .
- Accurately input extracted and collated property related data into a new database.
- Administration of the RNLI’s rent and business rates including review, verification and payment process
About You
You’ll be well organised and have a strong attention to detail and used to working in a busy environment to agreed timelines, it would also be beneficial to have had prior administrative experience, an understanding of the RNLI and previous experience using AX.
