We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and innovative lecturers to join our dedicated and welcoming team. You will be responsible for managing and directing teaching teams and ensuring effective, student-centred learning opportunities to meet the needs of adults with special needs.
As a Lecturer you will plan differentiated work to meet individual needs, promoting progression, continuity and quality of learning by having clear intentions for our students learning. You should be able to accurately assess need, deliver teaching reflective of need and measure progress with a determination to positively impact on the lives of our students.
You must hold a Certificate of Education (CertEd) on appointment, or an alternative equivalent teaching qualification, or currently be undertaking or willing to undertake the Certificate of Education (CertEd).
In addition, you must hold level 2 Maths and English qualifications or be willing to enrol on our internal functional skills course within your first year of employment and complete the course within 2 years.
