Learning & Development Officer

The Learning & Development Officer will lead priority curriculum and training initiatives during a defined 12-month period, strengthening the quality, consistency, and accessibility of CISV’s peace education worldwide. This role focuses on completing key curriculum reviews and advancing the implementation of CISV’s Training Strategy across in-person, online, and blended formats.

What you’ll do:

• Completing curriculum review work for remaining CISV programmes and coordinating input with volunteer committees
• Designing and launching role-based, safeguarding, and train-the-trainer learning in line with the CISV Training Strategy
• Translating strategy and research into practical, usable learning tools and training materials for global delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience in learning design and curriculum development, particularly in non-formal or experiential education
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural, volunteer-led environment
• Proven skills in designing learning for in-person, virtual, and blended delivery formats
