Learning and Development Coordinator

Can you help inspire others to think about their personal development goals and help them form plans to make them a reality?

We are looking for someone to join our support team as a Learning and Development Coordinator. This is an exciting new role for someone who can support our companions to identify their development goals and empower them to achieve their goals.

You will be working with companions on a one-to-one basis to review their progress towards meeting personal development, training and employment goals. You will support them to identify and access training and development opportunities as well as providing practical support to promote independence and life skills.

Our ideal candidate will have working knowledge of local and national training, education, voluntary and employment pathways. If you have previous experience working with one of the following groups: adults at risk, children, young adults or families, we’d like to meet you.
