You will map outindividual supported learning using identified Education, Health and CarePlan aspirations and outcomes and Speech and Language Therapyprofessional guidance to ensure learners achieve their desired outcomes.Your key responsibilities will support removing barriers to learning, adaptingresources, and promoting learner progress. Main Duties To provide tailored support for learners with SEND to ensure access tolearning. To establish positive, constructive relationships and respond to individualneeds. To promote inclusion, independence, and self-esteem. To encourage positive behaviour modelling, using agreed strategies. To assist tutors with lesson preparation, delivery and adaptation oflearning materials. To contribute to classroom organisation and display of learningresources.To monitor pupil progress, record observations and provide accuratefeedback to tutors and the wider team. To support implementation of EHCP targets, learning and behavioursupport plans. To use ICT to support learning and develop pupil independence. To prepare and maintain equipment/resources for activities.
