Are you a confident communicator, proactive team player, and passionate about delivering high-quality support? We’re looking for a Lead Support Worker to join our team in Chippenham, working across a variety of support settings to help adults with learning disabilities live fulfilling, independent lives.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in supported living or residential care who’s ready to take the next step and lead by example.

As a Lead Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Supporting and mentoring your teamto deliver person-centred care
