We are looking for a highly organised and compassionate Lead Serve Asia Coordinator to help recruit, equip, and support short-term mission workers serving East Asia’s peoples.

This is a strategic and people-focused role, leading the Serve Asia programme, guiding candidates through the application journey, coordinating training and preparation, and helping OMF UK raise up new workers with clarity, care and prayer.

It is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills, strong emotional intelligence and a genuine passion for cross-cultural mission.

Location: OMF UK National Office, Manchester, M1 6EQ
Hours: Full-time (35 hours 5 days)
