As Lead QA - Salesforce, you will be an active member of the QA delivery team, focused on the effective end to end test service for Salesforce, to ensure solutions meet the requirements.
You will be responsible for the coordinating, test analysis, preparation and exaction of enhancement and regression testing within the Salesforce Eco=system, with a focus on customer and colleague experience.

• Proven experience in technical leadership and people management within a product or platform environment.
• Strong experience in product testing, industry standards and best practice
• Experience supporting Salesforce in medium to large scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery approaches.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, testing, and release management.

Role Profile
• Develop and manage the end to end test strategy for Salesforce, taking into account TRG, product and industry testing standards
• Support and embed the organisations QA Practice, Centre of Excellence standards, and QA governance framework.
• Lead the Salesforce QA team in best practice for development testing, smoke testing, system testing, system integration testing, performance testing, operational acceptance testing, user acceptance testing, penetration testing, disaster recovery.
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and best practice, for yourself and the Salesforce QA Analysts, to ensure the most appropriate test strategy and approach are taken.
• Lead on the development of the test strategy and plan, test scenarios, test cases, environment specification and defect approach
• Take ownership of test reports and completion documentation for each assigned project and release plans
• Collaborate with, provide guidance and expertise and support to key stakeholders, including the Quality Assurance Lead within Digital & Technology, and the User Acceptance Testing Team.
• Provide knowledge and support across the Salesforce QA and Development team in the use and expansion of automated testing within Salesforce Eco system
• Implement and maintain regression test suites to ensure continuous integration and minimize regression defects.
• Contribute to key governance forums, including presenting information and status updates as required, to ensure effective communication with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure any key risks and issues are identified and managed during the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.
• Ensure that all information security requirements, including data protection, are met in accordance with the Group’s policy, procedures and statutory requirements.
