The Lead Facilitator will work with the core creative team and Sherman Theatre to plan a programme of activity in schools, tailored for pupils in Years 6 and 7. They will support the development of educational resources for pupils and teachers and oversee delivery of the scheme alongside the workshop associate. They will instil a sense of excitement and curiosity in the learners and empower them to explore the past, make connections to the present and envision the future using both real world and digital strategies and tools. The Lead Facilitator will also support the evaluation of the project.

Working hours will be flexible with meetings, events and workshops scheduled as required.
