Lead Architect for St Michael's Church repairs

The Parochial Church Council (PCC) of St Michael’s Church, Great Gidding, wish to appoint a Lead architect for essential repair work.

The services of a conservation accredited professional adviser are needed at St Michael’s Church, Great Gidding, PE28 5NT for essential work, to be completed within the next two years, costing somewhere between £150,00 and £250,000 (subject to successful grant applications).

The closing date for the pre-qualification questionnaire is Friday 4 September 2026. It is anticipated that tenders will be required by a closing date of Friday 18 September 2026.
