Job Summary

We are recruiting a reliable and hard-working Labourer to work in our Estate Maintenance team at Burghley working across our full property portfolio of residential and commercial buildings. The role includes supporting our Estate Maintenance team to carry out reactive and planned maintenance. The team includes Roofers, Joiners, Painters & Decorators, and Stone Masons.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside an experienced team.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Working alongside and labouring for our Roofer, Carpenter/Joiner, Painter and Decorator and Stonemasons.
  • Provide help and assistance with preparation for park events as required, this may include temporary fencing and covering cattle grids.
  • Basic maintenance tasks across our residential property portfolio, e.g. fencing, slabbing, drain clearing.
  • Triaging jobs before contractors attend and reporting back to the Building Services manager.
  • Any other general maintenance task or other reactionary work that arises and that you are equipped to fulfil.
  • Work in a professional and customer focused manner.

Additional Information

  • Hold a current full driving licence
  • 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Salary: £16,700 to £26,500 per annum (dependent on experience)
