Warter C.E. Primary School is a Voluntary Controlled Church of England primary with 167 pupils on roll. We are proud to be a caring and inclusive school community, guided by our vision:‘He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand.’ (Psalm 40:2).

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious KS2 teacher to join our dedicated team. This is an opportunity to have a real impact in a small school setting, where your contribution will be visible and valued.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching that supports all pupils to achieve their best
- Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive
- Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support pupil progress
- Contribute to a positive behaviour culture built on respect and high expectations
- Play an active role in wider school life, including enrichment opportunities and pupil leadership
- Contribute to whole-school development priorities
- Take on (or develop towards) a subject leadership role
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified teacher with experience in KS2
- Has a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences
- Has high expectations of achievement, behaviour and inclusion
- Is reflective, motivated and committed to continuous professional development
- Demonstrates the ability or potential to lead a subject area effectively
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to school life
- Is committed to supporting and promoting our Christian ethos
