About the role
Do you enjoy helping people, building relationships and making a real difference in your community?

As a Kiosk Champion, you’ll be the friendly face of the service, welcoming clients, helping them access advice through kiosk technology, and supporting people who may be experiencing digital barriers. You’ll work closely with community organisations, promote the service locally, gather feedback, and help ensure more people can access support before problems reach crisis point.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting people to access advice through community-based kiosks
-
Reducing digital exclusion and increasing confidence with technology
-
Building relationships with local organisations and community partners
-
Promoting the Kent Advice Hub across Kent communities
-
Monitoring usage and helping improve the service
-
Representing the project at community events and stakeholder meetings
We’re looking for someone who:
-
Has experience working with the public or service users
-
Is confident using digital technology and online systems
-
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
-
Is passionate about helping people and strengthening communities
-
Can work independently while supporting a wider project team
-
Wants to be part of an innovative service improving access to advice across Kent
