A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an inspiring, well-qualified and enthusiastic Primary Classroom Teacher to work alongside the dedicated team at our Prep & Pre-prep school.
Bedales Pre-prep is the foundation of our children’s education and an introduction to the principle that underpins the whole school – learning as part of a wider community characterised by trust, mutual respect and shared creative endeavour. Set in the heart of the beautiful Hampshire countryside, our aim is to nurture children who are rounded, confident, inquisitive and kind to others, and who can challenge themselves in a safe environment without fear of failure. We focus on the journey – fun and adventure is at the core of all we do.
As children move into Bedales Prep, these values continue to flourish. The Prep School strengthens and extends the foundations laid in Pre-prep, encouraging students to question, explore and take increasing ownership of their learning. Through a rich academic and creative curriculum, specialist teaching, and abundant opportunities for collaboration, children develop resilience, independence and a strong sense of belonging. They are supported to try new things, stretch themselves, and discover their passions, all within a warm and nurturing community.
Together, Pre-prep and Prep create a seamless and distinctive Bedales journey—one that celebrates childhood, fosters curiosity, and empowers young people to grow with confidence, creativity and compassion.
