  • Delivering a professional, customer-focused service to all Institute staff.

About You:

You are customer-focused, technically curious, and motivated to build your career in IT services. You are comfortable supporting a diverse user base and able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.

You demonstrate sound analytical thinking and approach problems in a structured and methodical way. You are adaptable and responsive to changing priorities, taking ownership of your work while recognising when to seek guidance.

Essential Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and standard PC applications.
