Great opportunity for a Junior Marketing Executive to join our Marketing department working at our London HQ

The Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) is a global leader in dance education and training. Our mission is to inspire the world to dance. With a brand new purpose-built global headquarters in Wandsworth / Battersea, London, the RAD has a presence in 85 countries and 36 offices around the world. Established in 1920, the RAD was granted a Royal Charter in 1935. The RAD is a registered charity, a higher education establishment and an awarding body.

The Junior Marketing Executive is responsible for producing the RAD’s internal and external newsletters. They are also responsible for maintaining the Marketing & Communications database of marketing contacts and supporting the development of successful email marketing campaigns for a variety of RAD events, projects and initiatives.

A Junior Marketing Executive would ideally have:
  • Experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Experience of creating targeted email campaigns using an email marketing software, preferably Dotdigital or similar.
  • Experience of working with a CRM.
  • The ability to analyse and process data accurately using PC applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to multi-task and see projects or tasks through to completion
  • Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages
