About the role

This is an exciting newly created role that is pivotal to the future of Citizens Advice Somerset. If you have the skills and knowledge to lead our IT functions and shape the strategy for our communications infrastructure and core business systems we'd like to hear from you. Systems used include the Microsoft 365 Suite, 3CX phone system and use of the Wyser Assist AI product.
