Full Time
Reporting to the IT Manager and working closely with the IT Officer, the IT Assistant will play a key role in delivering day-to-day IT and audio-visual support to Fellows, staff, students and visitors. The role is hands-on and user-facing, providing support for desktop and mobile devices, peripherals, teaching and meeting room technology, and hybrid and video conferencing facilities across all College sites.
We are looking for a proactive individual with experience of providing IT support in a customer-facing environment, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to excellent service. The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively both independently and as part of a small team is essential.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week, usually 8.00am–4.00pm). Some flexibility, including occasional out-of-hours support, will be required.
