We are seeking a motivated IPS Team Leader to lead and develop a team of up to 10 Employment Specialists, delivering high-quality Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services as part of a holistic mental health recovery pathway.

In this pivotal role, you will provide expert supervision, training, and caseload management, while role-modelling best practice in IPS delivery. You will ensure the service meets IPS fidelity standards, drives continuous improvement, and achieves meaningful, sustainable employment outcomes for people with mental health support needs.

Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will manage a small caseload, working directly with individuals who are unemployed to support them into paid employment aligned with their strengths, aspirations, and preferences. For more information, please download the Job Description below.
