International DAM (Digital Asset Management) Designer

Accountable to WEC's International leadership, you will establish and support an international digital asset management facility to enable WEC's media teams to share and access the wide range of historical and current images, videos, PDFs and other documents suitable for publicity and training purposes.

You will be tasked to organise and set up the structure of the chosen digital asset management (DAM) software package to fit the needs and requirements of WEC's branches, to encourage and facilitate accuracy in recording sources, copyrights, keywords, and other metadata when files are uploaded and shared.

Create the indexes, handle the data integration and initial management. Set up indexes, tags and other searchable functions for the database. Create the database interface, and load sample media types, to test the software's AI / manual cataloguing requirements.

Set up user accounts and manage access permissions of each user (eg. photographers in various branches and media team members). Roll out the DAM software for the organisation, then manage and monitor DAM software for the initial working phase (6 months to 1 year), ensuring users in all countries and in several languages can access and use the DAM software appropriately.

About Arts in Mission

Arts Release is a group of creative arts specialists who love Jesus and people of other cultures. They are reaching the unreached, worshipping, discipling, training and mobilising through the God-given power of the arts, inspired by the Holy Spirit.

The ArtsRelease teams (some full-time, some part-time) enjoy expressing God's love through various art forms. Some have professional arts training and others have picked up skills on the way.

WEC currently have teams based in England, France, Germany, Spain and Singapore. Our ArtsRelease team members sometimes travel to work alongside WEC teams in other countries, but also increasingly work collaboratively online, doing research, training, performance, and leading worship using various art forms.
