Location: Longfield Community Hospice, Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire
Contract: 3‑month interim
Start: ASAP
Salary: Negotionable

Longfield Community Hospice is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to provide immediate leadership and stability within our finance function during a period of transition.

This short-term but high-impact role will support the Senior Leadership Team by ensuring strong financial management, reliable reporting, and robust oversight of all financial processes. You will play a key part in maintaining financial sustainability while supporting ongoing operational and strategic priorities.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Lead and support the Finance Team with confidence and clarity
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cashflow and monthly management accounts
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with charity finance regulations
• Manage audits, statutory reporting and key financial returns
• Provide strategic financial insight to the CEO and Trustees
