We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Audit and Inspection team on a full time basis.
The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification in one of the following, which is relevant to and related to experience in working with service users directly in an educational or social welfare setting.
Social Work, Teaching, Health Care, Child Care Work, Youth and Community Work,
If you are interested in the field of inspection and audit and feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to positively influence service delivery through assessing practice and supporting change , this role will give you an opportunity to utilise your skills and develop new ways of influencing service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with sound knowledge of good practice in relation to service provision for children, young people and their families and a commitment to continuous improvement across the charity.
This is a varied and exciting role which involves interactions across all pillars, geographies and all directorates and all levels of the organisation, and will involve additional reviews which sit outside of the Children's Services inspections.
Location: This role is hybrid but the successful candidate must be able to travel, on a regular basis, across the UK and be away from home for up to 3 nights at any one time.
