Are you passionate about improving outcomes and service delivery for the people we support and using data and insight to drive meaningful change in health and social care services?
We are looking for an experienced Insights Business Partner to work closely with regional operational managers to improve service performance, strengthen outcomes and support high-quality service delivery for the people we support.
This role acts as a trusted partner to Operations, combining strong relationship management with data, performance and insight expertise. You will coach teams, support strategic decision-making and ensure consistent, high-quality performance reporting across services.
In this role, you’ll be energised by:

- Turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making
- Continuous improvement, innovation and finding better ways of working
- Leading and supporting change, even when it is complex or challenging
You’ll report directly to the Head of Data & Analytics and play a pivotal role in shaping how our data function operates.
The role is due to start in July.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Experience working in a performance and or data role, ideally in health and social care or a commercial environment
- Partnering with operational leaders to improve performance and outcomes
- Managing complex stakeholders, including commissioners
- Supporting service mobilisation or change, from planning through to business as usual
