We work towards excellence every day and our team members are committed to delivering the very best outcomes for the people we support. Our dynamic and flexible service is tailored to the specific needs of the individual, making it easier to live, learn and be part of a world adapting to change.
The Role
At the Percy Hedley Foundation, we have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Independent Supported Living Manager to join our team. Working across our Independent Supported Living services in Forest Hall and Spital Tongues, you will play a key leadership role in promoting independent living within a safe, supportive and positive environment.
The successful candidate will be an experienced ISL Manager who is passionate about empowering people, promoting dignity and independence, and driving excellence through high standards of care. As the Independent Supported Living Manager, you will be an ambitious and motivated professional, capable of inspiring your team to deliver outstanding support in line with CQC standards and fundamental principles of care. You will contribute to the delivery of Percy Hedley’s care strategy and play an important role in the continued success of the charity.
You will be an inspirational leader with responsibility for key aspects of service delivery, including quality assurance, compliance and people management. With a proven track record of supporting and developing staff, you will encourage a culture of continuous professional development and high performance. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will help foster a person-centred culture focused on delivering practical and emotional support that enables the people we support to enjoy new experiences, achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager seeking a part-time leadership role where they can make a meaningful difference while helping to shape and develop high-quality supported living services.
