In this key role you will provide an independent advocacy service for children and young people within the Children's Hearing System, child protection and mental health processes in South Ayrshire.
Your role will be assisting children and young people to express their thoughts and views, ensuring that they can participate in the processes that affect their lives. You will also contribute to service development and evaluation. Experience of working directly with children, young people and families in a paid or voluntary setting will be essential, along with a sound understanding of child protection issues and a current driving license and access to a car for business purposes.
