As an In Work Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to thrive and sustain their employment. Working in partnership with clients, employers, and colleagues, you will deliver person-centred support that combines practical job coaching, workplace monitoring, and advocacy for reasonable adjustments.
