As an In Work Support Senior, you will lead and develop a team of In Work Support Specialists, ensuring each colleague manages a caseload of up to 20 employed clients who require additional, tailored support to sustain and progress in their roles.

The post holder will set and ensure high-quality, person‑centred practice, championing independence throughout the client journey and aligning delivery with our established quality standards and frameworks. They will provide day‑to‑day line management, coaching and field mentoring, oversee case allocation and risk management, and drive continuous improvement through structured quality assurance.
