Reports to:Centre ManagerContract:Fixed Term – 9 MonthsHours:Part Time - 20hrs per weekDBS:Enhanced DBS requiredAbout the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive In-reach Co-ordinator to coordinate responses to food poverty and support individuals in East Leeds. You will work with service users, key workers and partner organisations to deliver person-centred support and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate locality food services for individuals in need
- Assess needs and develop person-centred support plans
- Review and adapt support plans to ensure successful outcomes
- Build partnerships with statutory, voluntary and private organisations
- Represent the organisation at meetings and community events
- Produce reports, documents and presentations
- Respond to enquiries, feedback and complaints
- Maintain accurate records in line with data protection
- Ensure safeguarding incidents are recorded and managed
About You
Essential:
- GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
- Experience working with partner organisations
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to assess needs and manage risk
- Ability to maintain accurate records
Desirable:
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals
- Experience in the charity sector
- Relevant qualifications
- Strong networking and partnership skills
