About the role:
Wesbridge Associates is seeking an experienced Level 3 Immigration Adviser to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified practitioner who holds a valid certificate to practise and brings their own established client following.
You will manage a busy and varied caseload, providing high-quality, compliant immigration advice and representation across a range of matters, while helping to grow the service through your existing client relationships. The role suits a confident, self-sufficient adviser who can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide immigration advice and casework at Level 3, including appeals, complex applications, and representation before the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)
- Manage an existing caseload of clients transferred with you, alongside new referrals
- Conduct client consultations and advise on the merits and strategy of each case
- Prepare and submit applications, appeals, and supporting evidence within required deadlines
- Represent clients at hearings, interviews, and appeals as required
- Maintain accurate, compliant case files in line with regulatory requirements
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration law, policy, and procedure
Essential requirements:
- Current, valid certificate to practise at Level 3 (or equivalent regulated body accreditation)
- Proven track record of managing a complex immigration and/or asylum caseload independently
- An existing, transferable client following
- Strong working knowledge of the Immigration Rules, relevant case law, and tribunal procedure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
