HR Operations Assistant

Are you an aspiring HR professional looking for a role where you can deliver excellent service in an organisation that truly makes a difference?

We’re looking for a HR Operations Assistant to join our busy operations team, part of a wider HR department supporting over 1,700 employees. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advising and supporting colleagues while working collaboratively with the team to drive continuous improvement across all HR operational functions.

What does this role do?

As a HR Operations Assistant you'll:

  • support and advise colleague's throughout their employment lifecycle
  • own and coordinate the onboarding process, including working closely with the Resourcing team
  • ensure new starters complete and return all relevant documentation
  • manage the Dogs Trust HRIS (MyDT) and other employee records
  • uphold GDPR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • be the first point of contact for general queries such as parental leave and sickness absence

Could this be you?

To succeed in this role, you'll have previous experience in an administrative position within HR, along with strong attention to detail, a high level of confidentiality, and excellent organisational skills.

You’ll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Friday 19th June in the London office.
