About the Role
Reporting to our Director of Corporate Services, you willassist in managing the day-to-day HR and Learning and Development functions provided to West of Scotland Housing Association & Willowacre Trust
You will play a key role to:

Provide advice and assistance to staff on all HR and Learning & Development matters, in line with policies, procedures and best practice

Provide advice and support to line managers on HR matters such as performance management, attendance management and flexible working requests

Review, digitalise and improve HR processes, to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Develop and implement new initiatives in respect of key HR topics e.g. staff wellbeing, equalities, employability
-
Prepare and collate HR performance reports and statistics including management information to managers

Support the Director of Corporate Services to report to and support the Staffing Sub Committee.
About You
·Excellent interpersonal and engagement skills with a proven track record of being able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
·Ability to collate and analyse information, maintain written records and write reports
·Excellent organisational and administrative skills, able to work on own initiative, manage a varied busy workload and meet competing deadlines
·Ability to interpret policy & legislation and develop policies & procedures
·Ability to maintain confidentiality
·Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Forms, Outlook and Excel
·Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
·Experience working as part of a team
