If you’re an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations, this is your opportunity to make a real difference at LOROS.

As our HR Officer for ER, you’ll take the lead on a wide range of casework, supporting managers with confident, legally informed advice that helps us maintain a fair, supportive and high‑performing workplace. From sickness and performance to disciplinary and grievance matters, you’ll be the go‑to expert guiding managers through sensitive and complex situations with clarity and compassion.

You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our people practices by improving ER processes, developing toolkits, and analysing trends to help us spot issues early and continuously improve.
