Salary: Up to £33,994.86 per year

Responsibilities of our HR Officer:
Provide a customer-focused and efficient HR Service, ensuring the effective delivery of all first line support and transactional HR activity
Provide managers with guidance on HR processes and procedures in line with our policies, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice
About the Human Resources team:
You will be part of a team of four (three HR Officers and a Team Leader) and a wider team of HR Advisors and HR Business Partners
What we’re looking for in our HR Officer:
Good understanding of employment legislation and best practice
Experience of providing day-to-day HR guidance and support
Proven experience of applying HR policies and procedures
An understanding and experience of using HR systems
Proven ability to multi-task and work on own initiative, accurately and under pressure
Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
Happy to undertake occasional travel to any location within the UK, including potential overnight stays away from home
