Join Our HR Team At Bridge Support!

Are you organised, proactive and passionate about people?

Do you enjoy variety, love keeping things running smoothly, and want to work somewhere where your role genuinely makes a different?

If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Bridge Support is a leading provider of mental health services across the Royal Borough of Greenwich, most of Essex, and Kingston. We currently employ over 250 staff, partnering strategically to support individuals with long-term mental health challenges. Our commitment is to empower clients toward greater independence, underpinned by our values and therapeutic optimism.

We believe our people are central to achieving this mission, and we strive to foster an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic workplace.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist Administrator to join our friendly and supportive HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, with a functional reporting line into the People & Engagement Director, you will provide essential administrative support across HR functions.

No two days are the same in this role. One moment you could be supporting recruitment and onboarding, the next helping with DBS checks, payroll administration, training coordination, employee engagement activities, minute-taking, or supporting formal HR meetings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in HR within a growing and values-led organisation. The role offers exposure to generalist HR activities, making it ideal for someone beginning their CIPD Level 3 or aspiring to develop a broad HR skillset.
