Do you want to be part of a caring, supportive organisation that makes a real difference?

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR administration across the organisation.

The role is 35 hours per week, with a hybrid working pattern of three days based in our central London office near Victoria and two days working from home.

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Coordinate recruitment activity using the Eploy Applicant Tracking System (ATS), supporting managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage onboarding for new starters, ensuring safer recruitment checks are completed, including DBS checks, right to work, references, and ordering staff ID cards.
  • Book, monitor, and track mandatory and online training using the Flexibee training platform.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Monitor DBS renewals and ongoing compliance in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from staff in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Provide general office administration support, including document management and ordering stationery.
  • Work closely with managers and colleagues to ensure HR processes are consistent, compliant, and effective.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an HR, recruitment, or administrative role.
  • Experience supporting safer recruitment processes, including DBS checks.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident IT skills and experience using HR or recruitment systems.
  • A professional, approachable, and discreet manner.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
