The HR Business Partner will be responsible for working in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the South Region to include East Berkshre, Surrey, Hampshire, West Sussex and Dorset. Operating as the departmental HR expert, to advise, guide and support managers by providing high-level people management advice and guidance.

About the role
Your main duties will include:
- Working closely with management teams, attending team meetings and providing high level advice and consultancy support
- Work with Operations Directors and the HR team to develop and communicate Dimensions wide action plans to address colleague engagement and morale.
- To help manage change in a way that balances legal, contractual and trade union issues with practical considerations
- Managing any TUPE projects and consultation requirements in line with business requirements, developing project and implementation plans, monitoring progress and escalating issues where required
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- Must be CIPD qualified, Member status (CIPD)
- Significant experience of working at a senior level with HR within a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to establish personal credibility quickly, demonstrate Dimensions values and build trust with colleagues at all levels
- Ability to analyse complex information and recommend solutions
