Salary: £12.59 per hour (increasing post-April)

Location: YMCA Rugeley Housing, Church St, WS15 2WH

YMCA are looking for experienced individuals, with the motivation to see young people thrive, to join our dynamic and supportive housing team. These people will support our Housing Services Manager to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred support to our residents.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Engaging with young people identifying their passions, aspirations and removing barrier that prevent them from achieving their full potential.
  • Promoting and leading on engagement activities.
  • Create and deliver programmes to aid the development of young people
  • Supporting young people to gain necessary life skills and develop independent living skills.
  • Liaising with other teams regarding emergencies and complaints.
  • An understanding of safeguarding requirements and duty of care when working with vulnerable individuals is imperative.
