37 hours (worked over 5 days to include some weekends and bank holidays)
£26,414 to £27,808 per annum plus an additional £6.75 per hour for weekend and bank holiday shifts.

About the role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of keeping the hospice running smoothly
You’ll:
- Coordinate and support a small, dedicated team of staff and volunteers to deliver exceptional standards.
- Plan and oversee high-quality cleaning schedules across the hospice
- Manage rotas, performance, and day-to-day operations
- Ensure outstanding standards of cleanliness, safety and infection control
- Oversee stock, equipment and housekeeping systems
- Collaborate closely with care, catering and facilities teams to create a seamless experience for families
- From preparing children’s bedrooms to ensuring communal spaces feel calm and cared for, your work helps create a true home-from-home atmosphere.
About you
You are someone who leads with both professionalism and compassion.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles, including supervising a team
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment tohigh standards
- Knowledge of health & safety and cleaning best practice
- Confidence in leading, motivating and developing others
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A flexible, positive approach to a varied and active role
