To support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality operations so that teams are well organised, standards are maintained and guests receive a consistent experience.

Please note – working hours will be flexible and vary throughout the year, this is a Casual contract so we do not guarantee a particular amount of hours

The key responsibilities for the Hospitality Supervisor (Casual) include;

Operational delivery

- Support delivery of shifts so that service runs efficiently and without interruption

- Maintain standards so that all areas are clean, safe and ready

Team support

- Brief and guide team members so that roles are understood and delivered effectively

- Support performance during service so that standards are maintained under pressure

Guest experience

- Engage positively with guests so that the environment is welcoming and inclusive

- Resolve issues quickly so that service quality is maintained

Safety

- Monitor safe working practices so that risks are minimised

- Follow procedures so that compliance is maintained

Flexibility and multi-skilling

- Work across different operational roles so that the operation can respond to changing demands

- Develop skills across hospitality, guest experience and safety so that flexibility and progression opportunities increase

The person specification for the Hospitality Supervisor (Casual) are;

ESSENTIAL

- Experience in customer-facing environments

- Ability to support teams in busy situations

- Strong communication skills

- Reliable and flexible approach

- Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds

- Willing to complete relevant statutory checks eg DBS (Factory International can support with processing and payment)

DESIRABLE

- Supervisory experience

- Interest in developing across multiple roles

- Enthusiasm for training, mentoring and support of emerging talent
