Compassion, Trust and Ambition

Our Hospice offers staff the unique privilege to walk alongside patients and their families at this significant time of their lives while providing compassionate care and support. We deliver high-quality, excellent palliative care for patients living with a life-limiting condition and we also support their families and friends, both before and after death.

When people are cared for in their own home, our goal is to help them to make the most of their lives, in ways that are important to THEM. This care may sometimes include coming into the Hospice as part of our wellbeing offer.

This role…

Working in an environment where the patient is truly the centre of care, you will be part of a supportive and fun team where everyone is valued for their unique skills and experience. You do not need palliative care experience (although that would be great) as we offer a comprehensive induction package.

What’s in it for you?

  • Time to care for your patients.
  • Making a real difference for the patient and family.
  • Work in an environment where the patient is truly the centre of care.

  • Full and part time opportunities are available.

You must have Health Care Assistant experience and possess a minimum of a Care Certificate Qualification. Support will be given to the postholder to develop their career ambitions. You must possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle.
