About the role

Citizens Advice Solent East are looking for a Home and Well Adviser. This role will be locate in Havant. The role will be focusing on achieving and recording Priority Service Register, Developing and maintaining relationships with key partners to support the project. Organnising and delivering weekly half day clinics, recording case studies, completing follow up appointments with clients and completing initial financial assessments primarily in their homes, You will also ne required to arrange, attend and record client home visits.
