Home Administrator
Be part of something new. We're opening Greenland's Meadow, a beautiful, purpose‑built care home and we're looking for a friendly, organised Home Administrator to help us create a warm, welcoming and well‑run environment from day one.
What You'll Do
Welcome visitors and provide a professional front‑of‑house service
Keep admin, records and digital systems running smoothly
Manage staff rotas, absence and training updates
Support recruitment, onboarding and inductions
Handle finance tasks including petty cash, invoices and resident funds
Track enquiries and support the admissions process
Maintain compliance and health & safety documentation
Commissioning Responsibilities
Set up new admin systems
Support recruitment campaigns and staff onboarding
Coordinate equipment, supplies and pre‑opening tasks
Assist with CQC registration preparation
What We're Looking For
Strong admin experience and Microsoft 365 skills
Organised, accurate and confident communicating with others
Calm, friendly and able to juggle competing priorities
Recruitment or finance experience is a bonus
